Ingridients

Wheat flour : 2cups
Maida (plain flour):1 cup
Suji (Upma Ravva): 1/2 cup
Sugar :1 1/2cup (Powder)
Dalda :50 gms
Oil: 200 ml

Method

Mix wheat flour, maida (Plain flour), Suji (Upma Ravva) and Sugar powder thoroughly
Heat dalda and add it to the above mixture
Add water and make it into tight dough


















Make round balls with the dough and roll them like round chapatis




















Now cut the chapatis into square pieces






































Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan and fry the the pieces till they turn into light brown color
Store in a air tight container
